Membrane technology is a high and new technology in recent years, it is one of the key technologies of improving and ensuing the continuous development of society. It has important effect in the energy resource, electron, chemistry, medicine, foodstuff, automobile, environment protection and so on .With the development of membrane technology, the application of membrane spread widely in water treatment. At the same time, the effectiveness of membrane separation improved the popularity and application in drinking water advanced treatment.This paper carried out the parallel research of UF NF and RO, These three membrane technologies were often used in drinking water advanced treatment. The raw water in this test was underground drinking water, The treatment characters of all the membrane were analyzed in this paper.All the membrane showed better removal capability in turbidity removing. The turbidity removal performance of NF and RO was superior to UF, also the colority removal performance of NF and RO was obviously superior to UF, the removal ratio of CODMn , UV254 in NF andRO was about 60%, but that of UF was only 20%, UF could not remove inorganic ions in purifying process. The desalination ratio of NF was about 52%, but that of RO was over 90%.The paper discussed the molecular distribution of organic matter in ozone - activated carbon -NF units, the results showed that the organic matters whose molecular distribution was over ten thousand were the matter of membrane fouling. Activated carbon mainly absorb the organic whose molecular was low five thousand. The ozone can change the large molecular organic to small molecular organic which can be absorbed by activated carbon. The exist of ozone not only make use of the absorption of activated carbon fully, but also can reduce the membrane fouling, by studied of molecular distribution, this paper suggest two technology for the ground water disposal. It was tested that membrane pollution could be removed mostly by chemical rinse. The engineering demand could be satisfied with present chemical rinse technology.
