Inspection technology is the key technology in UAV manufacture. Inspection technology impenetrate the course of UAV manufacture.UAV manufacture include a series of problems of the manufacture and survey of part, the assemble and inspection of jig and the veracity of UAV component.The tradition inspection mode and equipment restricts the manufacture because of its speed, veracity and the scope of the measuring. At the same time, numerical transfer mode of aeroplane take over the simulative transfer mode request to build the system of numerical inspection of jig and product of aeroplane.The system of numerical measurement (such as Computer Measuring Machines, Portable Computer Measuring Machines, Computer Aided Theodolites, Laser Tracker, Photogrammetry, etcs) is the main inspection equipment of the manufacture especially in industry of aviation and spaceflight to collect data and fulfill the control of quality by reason of its great scope of measurement, high veracity, well flexible and automatic inspection etcs.Thus, in this paper, numerical measurement technology in the field of UAV manufacture has been studied by XX UAV development process.1. The application of Laser tracker-one of CAMS based on numerical environment of net in assembling and repairing of UAV jig has been studied in this paper, the detail content include design,assemble,inspection and the reason and solution of measure tolerance. In the end, a sample of UAV jig manufacture with laser tracker has been given.2. On the basis of traditional UAV level measurement with optics instrument, the numerical level measurement of UAV has been implemented with FARO SI Laser Tracker transfer in the numerical environment net. the data of level measurement has been automatic process with the OLE automation technology and Excel.3. With the method of engineering software, UAV Level Measure Data Processing System was built up successfully by object-oriented technology, visual technology and data-base technology on the basis of VB6.0 and Access2003. By this system, the data of level measurement can be query, statistic, analyze and process automation, at the same time, the report forms can be generates using OLE automation. the efficiency and dependability of data processing was improved greatly.The study of this paper will be helpful to the application and development of numerical measurement technology in UAV manufacture and application in mutuality domanial.
