| Static Phase Generator (SPG) is a kind of equipment of in-place compensating reactive power, which technically designed for large and medium-sized wire-wound type electromotor to save energy and reduce wastage. However, one SPG is currently accompanied with a single electromotor alone and the history data cannot be stored without monitoring system. Therefore, it is significant in energy saving and management improving to develop a multi-electromotor Wireless Communication based SPG System(WCSPGS).Based on the application status and theory of SPG, a scheme of WCSPGS has been proposed according to the requirement of the subject. It consisted of SPG subsystem and control subsystem, between which a wireless module is used to communicate. After the primary scheme being made up, the appropriate wireless communication mode and developing tool of master control program has also been selected.In the SPG subsystem, the design of circuit in hardware and framework in software of the SPG and the wireless module has been particularized. The designe of protecting circuit, detecting and transforming circuit, MCU control unit and LCD display unit of the SPG has also been discussed. In discussion of the control subsystem, the fixed assignment polling and demand assignment ALOHA system of the TDMA has been briefly introduced. The Reservation-ALOHA to suffice the requirement of the resource available rate has been selected, and realized the multiple access communication of the control subsystem, and giving the flow chart of the software. And then, analyzing the requirement of the virtual instrument on the master station, and the requirement of the software, and giving the flow chart of the software.The WSPGMS passed by the experiments and the tests. The result shows that it has efficient compensation, realized the function of the wireless communication in the system, sufficed the requirement of the wireless intendance in the system and worthy to be popularized. |
