In the closing loop operation of distribution network it will generate large loopcurrent and impact current, which directly affects the net safety. So it is necessary todevelop a computer-aid decision-making software which can offer some guidance tooperators before making the operation, it has pragmatic values. In this paper, we putforward a simplify mode of loop operation and it deduces the calculation of stablecurrent and impact current. In this paper it analyzes the loop power flow then find thekey factors which affect the loop current is the difference of voltage, then it canchange the difference of voltage mode according to adjusting the compensation ofcapacitor and the tap of transformer to reduce the loop current. We adopt OOPtechnique and choose Visual C++ 6.0 as develop tool to develop the software, and italso analyzes the structure and function of the system.
