| Environment ingredient is the vital one considered in the process of designing offshore platforms, so it is meaningful for the R&D (Research and Development) of offshore platforms to take all the effects of environment factors fully considered. In this field, it has formed certain academic system in the effects of waves, ocean current and wind for offshore platforms, which evolve quickly. However, the research in the effects of soil and earthquake is not enough and perfect. Therefore in the paper, It make some research in the influence of soil and earthquake for the jack-up, which is based on the project "LIAOHE NO.1" Jack-up charged with Ship CAD Engineering center of Dalian University of Technology.According to different soil style and soil layer structure, It propose a proper method to calculate the foundation bearing force and ensure correlative parameters in the aspect of the influence of soil for the Jack-up.In the aspect of the influence of earthquake for the jack-up, on the basis of soil style distributed different field, It analyze the force and motion of platforms affected by earthquake, and then select some correlative designing parameters, at last ascertain the maximum displacement, seismic effective force, flowing pressure of platforms.There is no seismic design code for offshore platforms in China and the commonly used criterion by offshore oil industry is RP2A-WSD which is based on the seismic hazard of coastal waters of the United States. For Bohai sea is a main source of offshore oil and gas where seismicity is high, then a comparison is made between the seismicity of Bohai and Southern California. On the basis of the comparison and the importance and characteristic of offshore platform, a proposition about seismic design level is put forward.At last part the software program: "the effect of environment for the Jack-up" was devised with VB as the tool, in which introduces how to use it for users and the detail in calculating. |
