With the development of society, people are in more great request to architecture. People usually ask for the structure form more artistic, lower cost and more life spans, larger space etc, besides it can meet the requirements of the utility. Large-span arch shell concrete-steel structure just meet the requirement. It has the grace curve and inexpensive building materials and the capble of large cross over which is more advantage to the buildings that have single shape. We can't omit the construction cost of structure on the base of it's safety. Concrete construction is lower cost than steel construction integral. Lightweight aggregate concrete used in large-span concrete arch shell structure is lower cost than common concrete sometimes. No doubt, it will obtain broad application in future.Analysis of large-span arch shell concrete structure is not many by far. In this paper strict analysis has done using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS. In analysis processing, using linear analysis method which is simple in theory and is held by most engineers, we can select structure's optimization form, and find out it's influence to structural performance, then build a solid foundation for more analysis. It is not enough that we only do linear analysis to large-span arch shell concrete structure. The structure's span is larger and milder which lead to it's geometry nonlinear and material nonlinear is prominence, so we can't get result according what is actually happening unless doing nonlinear analysis to structure. The result by nonlinear analysis to structure also validate this conclusion, videlicet, it has bright nonlinear. We probably overrate it's carrying capacity if we only do linear analysis to structure, and it's safety can't ensure. After having a essential knowledge to structure, we analyze it when it receive lateral load which easily lead to it's buckling or earthquake effect. The finding is this structure is sensitivity to lateral load, an it has a more bigger level displacement. How to reduce the influence of lateral load and earthquake effect that has no more analyses due to insufficient time. Beside, it need more study about how to improve it, such as increase lighting structure inside etc.
