The Device Net is an open-up field-bus of global industrial standard based on CAN field-bus. Because of its low-price, high-performance and high-credibility, Device Net has been adopted in many fields. The multi-motor co-operation-driving control system is very common in the manufacturing company. As we know, the distance of the motors is creasing along with expanding of the manufacture, even up to ten miles sometimes. Harmonized control system for Multi-Motor based on field-bus becomes important. In the paper, the system model is analyzed characteristics of this system used DeviceNet, which is based on the analysis of net delays. Secondly, by the analysis of the real-time performance of DeviceNet, a new method of medium access by using data compression and TDM issued in order to improve the real-time performance. At last, a blue print is designed to work out this system. Timed Petri Net used to simulate its poll communication model is also discussed. And discuss the stability of field-bused control systems.
