Derived from an international cooperative project, the dissertation explores a research on the performance of two-stage high frequency (MHz) DC/DC topology (targeting at: input (36-72)V;output (1.0-1.5)V;(0-20)A;with isolated topology). It includes the analysis and optimization of the primary-stage topology design, optimization of the secondary-stage topology design, high frequency performance of the devices, and simulation of magnetic circuit under high frequency etc.A prototype is developed and the experimental results verify the theoretical analysis.
