The Integration of power electronics circuits has become an important trends of power electronics technique in future, which is attracting the attention internationally. The concept and history of power electronics integration is introduced in this paper. The technique of power electronics integration is characterized. The integration of single-phase Boost PFC converters is particularly overviewed. In this paper, the parameters of the circuit are designed in detail. Every working stage of the converter is analyzed. The voltage stress of the switches and the realization of soft-switching are derived. According to the analysis above, the resonance parameters are calculated. The parameters of the control loop are given too.Parasitic parameters are calculated and measured on the basis of the prototype. The exact value of parasitic resistor, inductor and capacitor is given. A simulation model of the circuit is built afterwards. Both the ideal circuit model and the model of circuit with parasitic parameters are simulated. The influence of parasitic parameters is clear through the compare of different waveforms. The choice of power semiconductor is introduced and the according driving circuits are designed. As a part of a complete system, the protect circuits are designed. A soft start-up circuit is designed too.The experiment result is given finally, which accords with the analysis and the simulation results.
