| With higher running speed of vehicles and the increase of customers' safety consciousness, it has great significances to set up train running safety monitoring and fault diagnosing system. It is also very important to improve train running safety and application quality of rolling stock. And it is necessary to help repair vehicles in a normal state circle.Depending on Computer Network Communication technology, Database technology, GPS (Global Position System) technology and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) technology, data which has impacts on vehicle running safety is on-line monitored, stored in database and displayed through interfaces. At the same time, vehicle's malfunction is alerted. The main parts which are monitored are vehicle running gear system, braking system, bearing temperature, electric leakage system and power supply system.Vehicles' on-line detected information, its position, speed and course is stored in database. Device faults and its information combining with its happening time and position can be easily queried. Besides, the running information and status of cars can be transmitted wirelessly to ground station and can be shared by others by connecting to the ground station. So, ground monitoring can be carried out.Below are the main issues that will be solved.(1) Build database system. One job is to build database model, another is to realize the management and maintenance of the database. The database records lots of online data of vehicle;so, it should have high performance and maneuverability. It is very important to choose suitable database system and optimize it.(2) The second job is building stable and reliable data communicating network. It composes selecting suitable vehicle-class data transmitting network, setting up data transmitting protocol and analyzing the network's performances.(3) Another job is to program operating interface. The upper PC software system is not only powerful in function, but has abundant operating interfaces. The interfaces can be easily understood and handled. Besides, it should also bepowerful in database handling. After the establishment of the software system, verification should be carried out to verify the function, quality and customer's demanding of the software system.(4) The last job is to set up running gear diagnosing Model. The performance of running gear is related with cars, road line and running speed. Real fault can't be simulated. So, its fault diagnosis model is build up by auto memorizing of the data. Malfunction can be distinguished by this way.Finally, system's application and its application outcome are summarized. Further work that will be done to optimize this system is pointed out. |
