| The power driveline of vehicle is a complicated vibration system with multi-degree of freedom, the torsional vibration of which is one of the major factors of the construct vibration and noise in the vehicle, influencing the quality of vehicle. With the continuous improvements on the power and velocity of vehicle, and the lighter structural quality of vehicle and the higher comfortable ride and safety required, the torsional vibration of the power driveline of vehicle is becoming more and more prominent, therefore the study on the characteristics of the torsional vibration on the power driveline of vehicle has practical meanings.In order to study the torsional vibration characteristics of the power driveline of vehicle, the components of the power driveline of a medium size motor truck with six cylinders was transformed equivalently. The concentration mass-elasticity-damp discrete torsional vibration model with the multi-degrees of freedom was established on the basis of determining the structure parameters of the component.The fore-and-aft processing programs based on DOS system of the calculation and analysis software of torsional vibration on shafts(TVCA), developed by the academic of mechanical engineering in Southwest Jiaotong University, was changed to Windows interface (using continuing the original calculation program), and the software advanced was called the TVCA-1. Practical applications verified that the system was of the reliability, correctness and practicability. Using the TVCA-1 software developed to calculate and analyze in detailed the power driveline of vehicle, the inherent characteristics in different gear locations were discussed. The important placement and components were chosen to study the forced torsional vibration in steady conditions to further understand the torsional vibration of the components on the power driveline.The engines are often in transient conditions when vehicles are running. Along with the increasing demands of economizing energy and protecting environment, the dynamical properties in transient conditions of the power train of vehicles are got more and more attentions, however, there is little quantitative analysis on the working processes of power driveline in transient conditions. Aiming at this circumstance the basic research model of the torsional vibration on shafts in transient conditions was set up in this paper, and based on the characteristic of amplitude, frequency and phase of the excited moment on shafts on each kind oftypical transient conditions, the basic researches of the characteristics of the torsional vibration on shafts in all transient conditions were carried through, and received the common property of the power train in transient conditions.By researching on the characteristics of the torsional vibration on the power driveline of vehicle and the torsional vibration on shafts in transient conditions, some useful conclusions were obtained, and it has certain practical and theoretical reference values. The software TVCA-1 developed has stronger functions, wider applications, and better engineering application foregrounds. |
