Steel fibre reinforced concrete is one new-type composite, the destruction of fiber concrete component under the load of compression and shearing is more common and important destruction way in the practical application , but because of the basis of lacking in the structural design , generally calculate shearing stress according to the oblique sectional bearing capacity, and neglecting axial force can improve it and resist favorable function which cuts ability . To the underground structure, it is a kind of more important destruction way in which the flexible lining of tunnel is built to shear and destroy, in shearing the section destroyed , often exist on the influence of the axial stress. So, study the compressing and shearing strength of steel fibre reinforced concrete have very important theory and project meaning.The paper mainly research the compression-shear mechanics performance of steel fiber reinforced concrete and its application in the tunnel lining,the paper lies in following aspects:1.A great number of experiment of compession-shear, axial tension and axial compession is carried out of steel fiber reinforce concrete,the achievement and data of the experiment have offered the basis and reference for studying compession-shear the failure criterion of steel fibre reinforced concrete;2. Summarize and analyse about compression and shear the research results which failure criterion at present, combine the compression and shear performance apply to the tunnel lining and build the actual conditions in the design, the fibre concrete conpression and shear failure criterion to derive and tap on the basis of three parameter criterion of pair of shearing stress finally. It take pairs of shearing stress three parameter calculation formula that criterion say to happen to derive according to different fibre variety , person who mix, and the testing value will be coMPared with the calculation value, will verify the rationality of criterion . In order to meet the demand of calculating , expand the experimental range and verify the result of the test further, set up finite element model with ANSYS, imitate the process of the test, draw and adopt" Z " type to try one, vertical and shear the relation between the intensity of direct stress , apply it to the formula of compression and shear failure criterion of steel fiberreinforced concrete while calculating.3.Summarize the design method of tunnel lining, utilize finite element software to imitate the excavation of tunnel, receive the strength situation of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete in the course of propping up and protecting of the tunnel. Compression and shear failure criterion , shear and slip to move and destroy the law etc. to examine the tunnel lining the security designed with the steel fibre reinforced concrete finally,thus probed into the feasibility of the compression and shear failure criterion of steel fiber reinforced concrete apply to the design of tunnel lining.
