Investigation Of Construction Technique For Guanzhouhe Super Major Bridge In Guangzhou

According to the our bureau experience in similar bridge construction for many years ,and aiming at the characteristics of this bridge, this thesis discusses the construction from foundation to T-structure in bridge construction, the prestressed works,especially for the design and construction of large-scale temporary elements.The thesis briefly introduces the development of long span prestressed continuous beam bridge construction, bored pile platform construction geology conditions and requirement of construction period;cap slab with high piles construction in deep water;construction workmanship of un-bottom steel box;mixing of major volume concrete in site,and construction workmanship of concrete placing;the piers adopt construction workmanship of large-block steel formework and of box-grider cantilever casting concrete construction.The thesis introduces the design of un-bottom steel sleeve box and its establishing of construction scheme in details, which uses the actual application of traveling form with low tower like as bowstring type,and the alignment control for box-girder cantilever casting concrete construction.
