Slope stability depends upon two factors, material properties and change of the landscape of the slope. Due to the complexity, diversity and non-uniformity of the geological conditions, slope design in road engineering can only be a practice involving prevention as well as risk of failure. It has been shown that FEM is a useful means to simulate the change state of the slope during construction. If properly applied, it can serve as a guidance or reference to the design and construction of the slope. The complexity of the slope makes it difficult to predict the behavior of the slope. In order to solve this problem, a method that the slop is designed assistant by information and monitor is been inducted. Combined by the outcome of the fact in local monitor, the data is analyzed to inversion the elastic plastic parameter of the side slop finite element numerical analysis.A numerical simulation model is constructed, so in the simulation makes use of the data by monitor that the elastic-plastic FEM parameter is inversion. Then the parameter is used to analyze the stability of the slope. Throw the Numerical simulation results show that a continuous yield region extends from the top to foot of the slope. According to the simulation results, slope surface in the collapse area moves outward the slope during excavation.
