The Research And Develop Of An Automatic Wheels And Axle Installing Machine

According to the need of railway speeding up and safety, to improve the quality of manufacture inspection & repair of the vehicle running gear, and on the basis of assimilating foreign advanced techniques of wheelset-press, combining the fact of wheel producing at every factory of our country, an automatic wheel and axle installing machine is researched and developed. This machine consists of main press fit frame work, assistant press fit framework, measuring position framework, control and presure curve-record system and so on;This equipment can accomplish the press fitting wheelset of all sorts passenger and freight vehicles.This equipment tally with the related technique qualification of the Railway Ministry about wheelset press fit of railway passenger and freight car. This device can fulfill the press fitting double ends of wheelset at the same time, and controlling the position deviation of the wheelset and the inside distance of the two wheelset to attain the range of the criterion ,and produce the data of wheelset-press fit simultaneously. The control system have functions of wheelset-press fit, position measure, curve-record and identify, printout, tracking the record of pressed curve to a whole ,and having the capable of judging automatically whether the curve is up to grade .The data is reality, nicety, credibility, the style of curve-record accord with the vehicle-standard-57 of the Railway Ministry. It has data-transmitted funtion with HMIS system, and shares the data of wheelset-pressed. This equipment has alreadybeen used in Xi'an Vehicle Factory and passed technology qualification, and obtained favourable effect both in technic and economy.
