Generally, wave pattern analysis is applied for system detection and faultydiagnosis of electronic control system in high class vehicle. The technology isintroduced to HAFEI SAIBAO to improve maintain ability and service forcustomers.The automobile electricity controls technology development, requesting theautomobile breakdown to examine a patient the technique toward the high newtechnique direction development, used for the automobile electricity controlssystem of diagnosis instrument-computer break down to examineinstrument( decoding machine), in the breakdown that some electricities controlthe system have already seem to be incapable , control system is special andcomputers to break down to examine instrument( decoding machine) function islimit.the usage break down to examine instrument can't control electricity systemof all diagnosises of breakdown .While making use of wave analysis examination, show these five kinds ofparameters in machine can display all electronics signals, can judge whether awave of this electronics signal is normal or not, then, passing a wave analysis canfurther check then to spread the sensor in an electric circuit, carrying outmachine and electric circuits and control computer...etc. the breakdown of eachpart, carry on fix.But break down in electric circuit from break down theappearance to arrive to be fix appearance, five kinds of parameters of a wave ofmanifestation will take place the violent variety in showing machine, so makinguse of a wave to give or get an electric control system to fix to the automobile theresult to carry on the verification. In the paper, wave pattern analysis and faulty diagnosis are applied for theelectronic control system of engine-4G18. The paper includes contents as follows:1. Wave patter analysis for independent ignition systemIndependent ignition system is equipped in 4G18 system of HAFEI SAIBAO.The waves include secondary windings wave, primary windings wave, ignitiontiming wave and reference signal wave. The waves features is analyzed, which isto make faulty diagnosis.Order a wave of fire can provide the relevant value data for each aircylinder to light . Because a wave of fire is influenced by engine, fuel systemand order the influence of the fire condition, a wave measure is right or not, thickthin ,length of the lines, the size of the data and whether stability all with launchengine parts, fire system parts contain particular correlation, so a wave of fire canhelp to examine the breakdown of the fire system and light system effectivelyand with accuracy.2. Wave patter analysis for sensorsThe sensors analyzed are employed in electronic control systems of UAES andMMC in the type of HAFEI SAIBAO. The principle and operation pattern arediscussed, and faulty analysis and diagnosis is done with waves features. Thesensors include MAP(manifold air temperature)sensor, TPS ( throttle positionsensor), knock sensor, coolant temperature sensor, crank position sensor, phasesensor, vehicle speed sensor.Sensor is important for the electricity control system, once sensor appear thebreakdown, the whole electricity controls system be placed in to paralyze theappearance. Therefore, maintain , diagnosis, check that sensor break down is keythat the modern automobile electricity controls system maintain, but theexploitation show a wave of the exportation signal that a machine check sensor,then the breakdown of sensor to carry on examining and maintaining and is a kindof very valid methodWave pattern analysis for actuatorsThe actuators analyzed are employed in electronic control systems of UAESand MMC in the type of HAFEI SAIBAO. The principle and operation pattern arediscussed, and faulty analysis and diagnosis is done with waves features. Theactuators analyzed include injectors, idle adjustor(stepper motor DLA), purgesolenoid valve(TEV), EGR solenoid valve.Carrying machine is responsible for the result that the performance launchesthe engine ECU to compute, carrying machine appear the breakdown, will makethe whole system work mess. The exploitation shows a wave of a machinecheck carrying machine, thus is a kind of very valid method towards carrying outthe breakdown of carrying machine on examining and maintaining.3. Wave pattern analysis for oxygen sensorWave pattern of oxygen sensor is analyzed, which includes faulty diagnosisand clutter analysis. Balance test for oxygen signal feedback is analyzed intechnology.The oxygen sensor is important parts for the fuel feedback control system,using oscillator to observe the oxygen sensor wave of the signal electric voltageof the oxygen sensor, can reflect the machine part, fuel supply system and launchthe movement circumstance of the engine ECU system, thus can carry onanalysis and diagnosises that launches the engine and electric control systembreakdown. A wave that the oxygen sensor and spray the oil pulse width puttogether to analyze, can make sure the reason of exhaust breakdown. To theoxygen carrying on the analysis through oscillator, can diagnosis automobilebreakdown and its reasons of etc. The oxygen sensor wave is very sensitive andbe subjected to the interference easily, so, after automobile fix, if the oxygensensor wave good,can immediately think it is successful.
