The ice storage air-condition system (ISAC) stores cooling in the low electricity-load time and releases cooling in the high electricity-load time. Due to the ability of transfering high electricity-load to the low and keeping electricity load balance, the ISAC system is applied widely. Based on the load prediction, the ISAC system determines the storage cooling to make it utilized fully and meet the load demand timely. In fact, the practical load of air-condition system is less than the design load at the 80%~90% of the operation period. In order to saving energy and meeting comfortable requirement, the control technology is utilized in air-condition room.The ISAC system is presented in the thesis, such as its development actuality and future trend, its mediums and apparatus, its trait and principle, its full and part ice storage mode, its inner and outer ice melting mode, its flow chart etc.It is indispensable to predict exactly the next day cooling load in the ISAC system. The BP neural network theory is recommended in the thesis, such as its design and training rules, its load predict model. By combining engineering example, author collected the training data, namely, the 24 hours air-condition room parameters and corresponding loads, and trained the BP neural network, then used the network to predict cooling load. The simulation result by MATLAB shows that the BP neural network is fit for the nonlinear cooling load prediction.The feedforward—feedback decoupling control theory is used to regulate the parameters according to the practical load in the air-condition room. Because the couplings among the parameters of air-condition system, it is hard to achieve steady control, author established the four control loops theoretical models, namely, sending temperature loop, room temperature loop, relative hunmidity loop and sending press loop by combining the theoretical analysis with the data analysis of experiment, then author set up the four inputs-outputs transfer function matrix and the decoupling controller transfer function matrix, so that the couplings among the four control loops are eliminated. By combining engineering example, author adopted the conventional control strategy to the single loop of the air-condition room. The simulation result by MATLAB shows the availability of the method. |
