| The new research direction that is called as commonness technology of mechanicalelectronichydraulic unit integrated (CTMEHUI) is proposed in this paper. CTMHUI is deeply and wholly studied, especially about the synthesis of mechanical unit and hydraulic unit. This paper major content includes the following points.1. The currently development about mechanism, electron and hydraulic system is summarized from both here and abroad eyes. Based on those skills and development, the CTMHUI concept and its design mind is proposed. The feasibility, realization approach and overall project, after analyzing CIMHUI system, are given.2. The hydraulic control system character is researched. The requirement of hydraulic control used in CTMEHUI is layout. In the view of theory, some new theories is thought and obtained such as robust Analysis and design of state feedback for linear time-varying uncertain system, time delay H2 control, robust controller design for hydraulic servos based on H2/H∞, control, predict control robust, which can establish the basis for the further research.3. The normal mechanism is introduced. The new created mechanism from developing CTMHUI is categorized according with feature of synthesis mechanism and hydraulic system. It is same, standing on theory, to propose some new methods and algorithms such as least Error algorithm for motion synthesis of planar four-bar linkage, least Error algorithm for motion synthesis of slider-crank linkage, position analysis of planar complex mechanisms using the triangle vector loop method. The new concept of mechanicalhrydraulic synthesis (MHS) is proposed, given its characters differed from normal mechanism. Following, the proper and apt methods and algorithms of design are given, which suppose conducively the MHS.4. PC control style is discussed. Reason why CTMHUI uses PCI bus to design control is given. PCI hardware and software is described to compile appropriate program for CTMHUI, which will fulfill the communication and control for the peripheral equipment from PC's I/O.5. CTMHUI software is compiled on the base of CTMHUI requirement. The software modules mainly include: hydraulic module, mechanical module, control module and PCI module. The function and utilization is stated. Meantime, mechanical software module designing and mechanical information integration is proposed for resolving the software module used in the process of compiling software.As above description, some new concepts and designing methods is proposed and studied all variety fields from theory, design, module, algorithm, software and so on. They will play an importance role in theory and practice. |
