From last century 80 s, the professional plants for platform machine manufacture appear in succession. Machine shop of LanZhou University of technology and science is one of the earliest plant in developing this product, their product have sell to all over the China and been complete set of scenic mechanical facility equipped to many theaters .This task takes the platform mechanical facility as target, according to market requirements, product situation and customer's suggestions to finish the hydraulic control system of platform boom, and fill up the blankness in platform boom hydraulic control system in china. The keystone is to establish digital model for boom hydraulic control system, Supplies the theoretic gist to hydraulic boom in the future design and production ,and make the dynamic emulate, for achieving to "never failure" in design and use of platform boom hydraulic control system. Make the platform boom hydraulic control system's design and application to be perfect and to fill up the blankness in platform mechanical facility. During the boom stability's integrated analysis , the main research target is concerned about control process of boom. In the feedback control of boom, to control hydraulic motor, achieving stable continuously variable transmission, carrying through overload protection then providing the maximum safety for platform.The task adopts mainly the theory of hydraulic control system and theory ofclosed loop feedback to control the boom, implement the continuously variable transmission. The volume of facility is small, easily control and no noise. The control of multi-booms and multi-pump stations reaches the aim of continuously variable transmission, makes the show effect to be diversity and reduce the show interval. In the system, giving the instruction aimed to function of electric/hydraulic proportional control, and in electric/hydraulic proportional valve's synchronic control system, mainly analyses the synchronic error and valve control motor loop's dynamic characteristic.Moreover, through the boom stability theoretic statement want to improve the roller of platform boom, have possibility for further research in platform machine, and to control hydraulic system's stabilityThe electric design rely on the PLC, motor, photoconductive control for the platform boom's stable control.
