For sluice gates ,the spot destructed overwhelming majority to occur at apron behind the plunge basin and guards against flushes the trough place . The reason to creates this kind of destruction to be very many, the main of them is that the apron partially has not been able fully to display it to eliminate energy affect so causes the ditch bed to wash out, forms flushes the pit, leading to the apron, to guard against flushes the trough and both banks slope protection destruction, For a long time, disappear power design of plunge basin and layout have been focused on disappear power .but not to give the enough value on uses the sea to inundate the section to disappear power and adjust speed to reduced downriver washes out. As for inundates to the sea adds the coarseness current of water state of motion and the two-dimensional current of water mathematical model research in domestic and foreign not yet has the correlation the paper material.When the flow behind sluice gates fluent process the apron added the coarseness, its fluent condition to be the open canal turbulent flow. In the turbulent flow, the fluid's physical parameters has the stochastic change along with the time and the space ,It is very difficult to carries on its rate process's precise computation and the simulation with mathematics method, but unstable condition Navier-Stokes equation regarding open canal current of water transient motion suitable. A variety of mathematical models based on continuous equation and the momentum equation and many solutions partial differential equation value computational method in the open canal turbulent flow solution, still could widely apply and yield the satisfactory result. This article's purpose is to simulates the apron that adds the coarseness fluent speed of flow in to hang the upward distributed, through the comparison, absorbs other mathematical simulations in model and the method , established the surface two-dimensional current of water mathematical model of apron that adds the coarseness. In boundary treatment ,the model turns into generally adds coarseness boundary made of specially complex many coarseness body in the physical model experiment as the coarseness body highly and discharges the density to add the coarseness spot as the main characteristic whole, both to avoid the location within the body of this complex mathematical simulation problems, and could realize this model after to simulate the apron that adds the coarseness namely adds the coarseness section downriver speed of flow to the downriver current of water base speed of flow influence in to hang upward...
