The transmission tower is important structure equipment in the system of electric power. The corroded towers will directly destroy the reliability and safety of the system in transporting electricity. Therefore the study on corrosion and anticorrosion technology has become one of the important issues in electric power department and environmental department.The thesis mainly study that getting across adding the nano-material to modify the organic coating attains the better antisepsis result of matching with the phosphating solution. By regulating the dosage of the nano-SiO2 and the micron Zinc phosphate and carrying on the contrast experiment to the whole function of the coating and the phosphating solution. The experiment indicates that the adhesion of the phosphating solution and the coating increase a great degree, the antisepsis result of it advance clearly and it has a better economy value.
