Heat-insulating and mechanical cooling can provide comfortable indoor environment in torridity region. But as a result raising of building's using energy consumption and buildup of heat island make the method of passivity Heat-insulating must to be replaced. Using the solar from building is a perfect resolvent.Taking into account the climate of Guangzhou that strong horizontal solar and highly annual air temperature, and also consider for integrated solar building, a unglazed perforated plate double roof be designed which can insulate heat but also can use solar energy.Roof model has made up with perforated metal plate. Double construction act as an air solar collector. Various group types and ventilation modes have been investigated by indoor and outdoor experiment. Collect and Heat-insulating were analyzed depend on the test data. It is showed the collector effective is more then 70%.When flow rate is 80 cube meter per hour type of 0.6% porosity is an optimized work condition. According to the sol-air temperature and equivalent thermal resistance, double roof have better heat-insulation than single roof. When use the air heated up by double roof to the air heat bump, the cop will be higher. The experiment also concluded that coil with metal plate can enhance the heat-insulating.It is a conclusion through the research that the metal perforated double roof is intergraded very well with building and have good act in heat-insulation .the air heat bump, which combined with double roof system, is applicable for Guangzhou.
