With the development of electronic information technology, innovation is accelerated in the technology of power, high energy and uncontaminated polymer cycle battery become the main aspect of power research. Now, Polymeric aniline compoud material is the most applied valuableness battery material. The main characteristic of active carbon is its developed hole structure and huge surface ratio, so it has good adsorption capability and conductance . Aniline and active carbon are compounded to study its structure and property and new type electric material was developed.This paper studies the influence of content of oxidant, time of reaction, temperature of reaction, concentration of hydrochloric acid on the conductance and yield ratio of polymeric aniline. Because finished production of active carbon are used in different ways ,and manufacturer offers different parameters, different active carbons are routine inspected in same condition, Mu1,Ye1,Mei1 with better property and super active carbon S1 are selected to change the surface property ,this will be used as the theory base for analytic research below. In the compoud material experiment of polymeric aniline /active carbon, different compound methods of traditional chemical oxidation , adsorption gas phase aniline and changing the surface feature of active carbon are compared , analyses the change of functional contain through conductance, yield 's measurement and infrared spectrum. SEM is used to observe the shape and X diffraction is used to analyze crystaidegree.The manufacture methods are used to analyze the conductance of compoud material, we can draw the conclusion : adsorption gas phase aniline > changing the surface feature of active carbon and recompound>chempolimerize; if the same manufacture method is used, comparing the material's properties we can get: Mul >S1 >Ye1 > Mei1.Conductance ratio of the compoud material coming from adsorbing gas phase aniline is 2.48 times to which is from chemical...
