The analysis of wind response is paid more and more attention to the design of modern high-rise building. Wind loads on high-rise building with suspension structural system and its responses are analyzed systematically and deeply in this dissertation.First of all, the development of structural engineering is discussed. The intensity, rigidity and displacement are included in the wind force proofing design of high-risebuilding. Research on wind is the precondition of wind response, then the section plane of static wind, intensity of onflow, PSD function and correlativity of dynamic wind are involved in. The existent methods of research on structural wind engineering include measure on the spot, test in wind tunnel, analyze in theory and calculating wind engineering.According to the introduces of practical constructions, the features and advantages of high-rise building with suspension structural system are described in details, and it is adopted in the design of Shenyang National Tax Revenue Bureau Building. Based on the test, the finite-element modal is created, and investigating the vibration characteristics, influences of main frame and suspension floor on the vibration of structure are obtained.When analyzing in frequence domain, according to the fluctuating property of wind, based on the stochastic vibration theory, some calculation formulas of the response are obtained in frequence domain. After calculated the wind response of high-rise building with suspension structural system, damping ratio and vibration patterns are changed and different results will be obtained. Combing the vibration characteristic of structure, the reason that outcome is different is interpreted. Simulation of wind and response calculation comprise analysis in time domain.Though there are similarities and differences in many ways, methods of harmony superposition and AR modal can implement the simulation of wind precisely. When putting into action, advantages and disadvantages of each other will appear. Put the wind load on the modal, results will be obtained, compared with results in test, we are assured that the outcome is dependable. After analyzed, conclusions of peculiarity which will provide comprehensive evidence for further research and design of practical structure will be abtained.
