The pneumatic conveying uses gas to blow solids from one place to another place. For the convening belongs to gas-solids two phase flow, the flow form is very complex. So this text analyses the fluidity of solids, and takes carbon black for example, investigates some factors which have influence on conveying. The main content as follows:1. Experience formulas about some important factors in two phase flow are put forward, like thickness, density and viscosity of the two phase flow.2. Some characteristics as diameter of the grain, density and shape which influent the mechanism of conveying are introduced in the text. The relationships between these characteristics are also analyzed.3. Taking the strength analysis of single grain for base, the text studies the mechanism of dense phase flow.4. Put forward the dynamic equation about the solids in flow, investigate some vital parameters of velocity in conveying, and get the experience formula about the length of accelerating zone.5. Before conveying, it should make the solids liquid, the text analyzes two phase in liquidity, and gets the way to calculate the liquid pressure and minimum velocity.6. The flow in silo is influenced by the characteristic of the solids, so it is very complex. Through investigating the flow form in silo and the flow equation, it finds that the mass flow will not have problem in conveying.
