This thesis systematically analyzes the physical recombination of manufacture resource. Based on the analysis and comparison of many current optimization theories and arithmetic, a new arithmetic — programming-hybrid arithmetic concerned with the physical optimization of manufacture resource is presented and introduced in this paper. The result of programming theory in this arithmetic is regarded as the initial numerical value and then is applied in hybrid genetic arithmetic to complete optimization calculation. As most examples show, the result of this method is much better and efficient than that of hybrid genetic arithmetic and that of programming theory. Therefore, as far as the problems an physical recombination optimization of manufacture resource are concerned, production efficiency and economical benefit in most enterprises will be dramatically improved by this method.
