The emphasis of the paper is on studying the effect of laminate and static load damage to the static and fatigue stress of composite laminates, the method of blowing experimentation, the effect of low velocity blowing to composite laminates and the joint design of composite laminates, and the great progress have been made in technology, and the results are worthy in the six aspects, as follows:1. The stability of composite laminates with some laminates is investigated, and with the method of experiments combining with analysis, the effect of figure, bulk, and their location of laminates to the static and fatigue stress of composite laminates has been discussed, which provides the gists for the controlling of establishing laminates and the criterion of checkout and the periods of check-up and repairment.2. According to The fatigue damage is a compalicated experience of gradually accumulativing of different kinds of damages and gradually degeneraeing of material quality and gradually changing of distributing of stress. A model of fatigue life prediction with static load damage is established, which can be used in the state of single stress and complicated different stresses.3. According to the peculiarity and technical requirement of the composite laminates, the FS blowing machine was manufacture, which can gather two parameters at one time: blowing velocity and force .The results of experiments shows that the stabilization and dependability and reiteration of the machine is excellent.4. With the technical method of exposing laminates in hot, the shapes and range of the damage and the inner situation of laminate of the blown composite laminates were investigated, which supplies the base for building mechanical models.5. The joint strength and fatigue life and dependability of joint component of...
