Based on the potential theory, conclude mathematical model and calculate methods when use panel method to calculate the force which two-dimensional wing receive when it moves steady or unsteady. Analyse factors which influence accuracy of results.Use vortex panel method to calculate hydrodynamic parameter of turbine, gives different results when airfoil and attack angle is different, compare them with experimental results.For turbine with channeling device, distribute source and doublet on the channeling device and airfoil's surface, linear vortex on the mid-arc surface, gives basic equation, compare result with turbine which without channeling device, analyse channeling device's influence on the hydrodynamic parameter. When other conditions are same, channeling can improve hydrodynamic parameter of turbine. Otherwise, different channeling device make different influence on turbine, calculate two kind of channeling device's influence.
