Fiber-optic accelerometer is a kind of new sensor system with strong anti-interference ability, high sensitivity and brand dynamic range. With the development of technology and the recognition of many countries, optic-fiber accelerometer becomes an important apparatus in the research of military affairs. At the present time, lots of breakthroughs of the technology are needed in the way of fiber-optic accelerometer practicality. This subject just began the work under such a background.The dissertation dissertates the principle of resistance comedown of polarization in Michelson interferometer with FRM in detail; discusses the principle of interferometric fiber-optic accelerometer using phase- generated-carrier and the homodyne detection technology in particular; analyzes the necessity and the feasibility of digital signal detection system; emphasized dissertates the composing of data collection and output system of buffer serial interface; particularly discusses the circuits of PGC demodulation scheme based on DSP and the program flow. The suggestion of some important problems in debugging and the improvement of the deficiency are also discussed.We have finished the demodulation scheme based on DSP and made relative test. The specification attains the anticipated goal basically. The study is very important for the practical application of the fiber-optic accelerometer.
