Among the using of the general energy such as petroleum and coal, these energy are getting less and less, so developing new energy become more and more important. This paper is about of a new energy—Tidal energy's exploiture.There is something about research in tidal plant's power transforming and grid-connected controlling in this paper, and has presented idiographic practical scheme. The grid-connected controlling scheme is a closed-loop control which is based on the track of grid-connected current and synchronal PLL controlling. However , when using MATLAB to simulate the scheme , the result is right and it testifies the controlling scheme is valid. Then in our practical process ,this control arithmetic can guarantee the power of the tidal plant which has the same frequency and the same phase of the power grid's voltage ,connecting to the power grid or for the using of consumer after the processing of our device; Meanwhile , after connecting to the power grid we use active examine method to prevent "Anti-islanding" fault to appeal ,especially ,when power system is power cut abruptly. All done above can enhance our system's reliability and security.In this paper ,we use AC-DC-AC transforming method ,with uncontrolled rectifier to supply the DC generatrix's power ,constructing the inverter circuit with IGBT device, and using IGBT to make up Buck electricizing circuit. The control unit based on TMS320F2812 DSP,apart from which we have designed a lot of assistant signal detective and protective circuit to ensure the system run normally. The showpiece which have been developed can testify this paper is right.
