Biological assay is one of important fields in life science. Recent years, the using of piezoelectric sensors becomes a focus in novel biosensors research. The basic principle is that the characters of its oscillation are highly responded with the changes of the surface mass adsorption, or the physic characters in the reaction system including density, viscosity, conductivity and so on. A piezoelectric biosensor with a nanogram sensitivity could be constructed through a reasonable biological processing and structure designing to the piezoelectric quartz crystal. In recently research, it had been used in many research fields such as molecular recognition, clinical diagnosis, molecular filming, surface property research, poison research and so forth. The abnormality of the blood coagulation is always associated with diseases, for example, theoplegia, hemophilia, etc. In clinic, it is important to both doctors and patients that the coagulation function must be clear before taking some medical treatments like surgery, puncturation etc. Thus, there is a potential and wide prospective application in coagulation time research using these biosensors because of its advantages such as highly sensitivity, real time detection, small occupying and low cost.In previous research, we had constructed a primary platform of the blood coagulation sensor detection system and developed a data analysis software, and studied the feasibility of the blood coagulation test using this platform. But, the stability of this platform must be upgraded, on the other hand also the most importantly, a standard data analysis method should be constructed to improve the detection precision and reproducibility in order to suit for the research and application requirements. Objective:Construct effective mathematic model to analyse the piezoelectric frequency data of PT test based on the theoretic analysis of viscosity and density changes in coagulation reaction system and discuss the feasibility of detecting patients'samples in clinic, on the...
