| Aiming at the great wastage of energy sources, low value in efficiency and unreasonable use in the process of using energy, process system energy integration and optimization was putted forward and has well developed and become the main method to decrease the consumption of energy in recent thirty years.The pinch point technology and the mathematics programming method are the main means in the process system energy integration and optimization. But both of them are with the first law of thermodynamics for foundation, they only make sure the quantity relation in energy conversion process and neglect the difference of quality of energy. So the using condition of energy in the process integration should be analyzed and evaluated with the second law of thermodynamics.Firstly, the concept of exergy, exergy analysis method, exergoeconomic analysis method and enviro-exergoeconomic analysis method are discussed in detail in the article. Secondly, through exergy analysis of the carbon monoxide transformation workshop section of a ammonia synthesis factory, the units that exergy lose is too generous, exergy efficiency is too low and that disagree with the second law of thermodynamics in the process of making use of energy are located. Then two mended methods are proposed and evaluated and compared with the standpoint of exergoeconomic analysis. So the conclusion is drew. Finally, the rationality and correctness of analyzing process system energy integration and optimization using exergy analysis and exergoeconomic analysis method are verified through experiments in the article. |
