Common induction motor variable frequency system is extensively applied, but common induction motors are designed by constant frequency and constant voltage, when the frequency change that induction motor works, the parameter and performance of common induction motor will change. Induction motor is non-linear , and more, the frequency change that it runs, which induces the mathematic model of induction motors is very difficult, so people confirm some important parameters by experience for a long time when design Induction motor variable frequency system. We calculate the startup current and torque of common induction motor when it works under constant V to F and in the frequency less than industry frequency, also we put forward the method that confirm the optimal startup frequency of common induction motors according to the load. And then , we study a given common induction motor variable frequency system and test very performances emphatically, at last, we put forward the optimal timing range of common induction motor variable frequency system and accordingly provide important theoretic warranty.
