Distribution network structure planning is a big dimension compounding optimization problem. The traditional target mainly considers the minimum annual cost of the network, but the latest research direction considers economic and reliability index in the meantime. Distribution network structure planning is a combine optimization problem. With the enlargement scale of distribution network and the increment of the possible roads dimensions, it exists combination explosion problems. So it is possible to deeply research the problem of how to establish the proper optimization model and how to solve the problem of distribution network structure planning quickly and efficiently in the theory and practice.The thesis carries on to the model and algorithm of distribution network structure planning deeply with Immune Genetic Algorithm. Main contents are as follows: The thesis introduces the optimization mechanism and the genetic operator of Immune Genetic Algorithm in detail. At the same time, it puts forward to two distribution network structure planning models. The one is the traditional mathematic model of distribution network planning. This model takes the investment of distribution network and minimum annual cost as its object, the capacity and voltage drop of feeder and the radiation of distribution network as its restrictions. Another one has considered the reliability index of distribution network based on the traditional mathematic model, so it can make the results of the network planning more reasonable.This thesis promotes the Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm of distribution network structure planning based on the characteristics of distribution network. This algorithm draws into the immune diversity and antibody's density mechanism to maintain the individual's diversity and remains evolution algorithm's global stochastic searching ability. And, according to the require of radiation of distribution network, the spanning tree of the alternative network is taken as the initial solution to speed up the calculation. This algorithm has been illustrated effectively by examples.The thesis further puts the Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm of distribution network structure planning to the problem of new distribution network planning model, which considers economic and reliability index in the meantime. And the algorithm has been illustrated effectively by practical examples...
