High permeability soft magnetic Mn-Zn ferrite materials is a wide used functional materials. It is wider and wider used in many fields For example broadcast, television, electronic meter, computer etc. Permeability is an important parameter of soft magnetic. The higher parameter the materials have the lower wastage the resistance loop have. What more the apparatus will become less and more diminutive. So the study of high permeability on Mn-Zn ferrite materials is an important way. This article will focus on preparation of high permeability soft magnetic Mn-Zn ferrite materials by co-precipitation. By co-precipitation we can get powder of almost at the same minuteness size. And we can get ferrite materials powder by drying baking.In this article, we prepare powder under different temperature, whisking intensity, deposit time, What's more we do reactant directions for producing chemicals or metallurgical products directions for producing chemicals or metallurgical products .Then we get the best condition is temperature 50℃,whisking intensity 350r/min,deposit time 3h and (COO)22-/Me2+=1.15.After prep-baking and making-granule, under different temperature we baking on the preceding powder, And it proof the most proper baking temperature is 1440℃.Under 1440℃, We do the excessive zinc oxide experiment ,and find when zinc oxide excessiving3%, We can get the best production whichμi is 5962.
