Roller bearings are one of common components in machineries and vulnerable to damage. Many faults of mechanism are related to roller bearings. The running state of roller bearings directly influences the performance of the whole equipment. Thus, developing fault diagnosis of roller bearings has great practical significance.In this paper, at first the fault mechanism and the vibration characteristics of Roller bearings are summarized. Roller bearings experiments are carried on the faults diagnose bench in the laboratory to make a research on Roller bearings fault diagnosing.
