| Recent years, digital input devices (such as digital camera, scanner) and digital output devices are more popular in the field of Photography & Photo Enlargement. Although digitization makes our life more convenient, we have found that photo can not be well processed considering the color quality. Therefore ,in order to build up a color management system that integrates all kinds of input/output devices is more and more necessary.In the field of digital photography, we do not have much experience for color management. With the help of some technologies in the printing field, and my over ten years'experience in the photography field, and with the help of my teachers, I developed Color Management Recognition Software, named ICCINSPECT, using VC 6.0 programming language and"little"color engine. Integrated with SPYDER Calibrator of PANTONE Company (Italy) and Eye-one Color Analyzer of Gretag Company, the color management system is successfully applied in the Photography & Photo Enlargement field.Based on its practical application in production, this method is feasible. It has not only improved the production rate enormously, but also solved the problem of the color's matching among different types and different brands of digital devices. |
