With the development of the social communication, the stability and security of the bridge have caused public attention, especially in the last few years along with the development of scientific technology. But the recent years, many accidents have happened in domestic and foreign. As the important component, the pier is crucial for the integer, however, the pier is a built barrier in water, impacted by the water, silt, ice and other kinds of drifts, especially something like the flood or the mud-rock flow is very serious. So the vibration analysis of the pier is very profound.In this dissertation, I researched the inherent vibration speciality of the pier -water interaction, with knowledge of solid-fluid interaction; I use the analytic method to got the equation about the eigenvalue of the pier's natural frequency in different water lever and compile the relevant program; then test the proportional model to get the frequency of the pier model in the different water lever; observe and analyze the result and get the useful conclusion.In addition, I imitated the real environment of the pier, utilize software finite element ANSYS to carry on finite element simulation to analyze.Research the coupling of pier-water, especially the influence to the vibration speciality of pier from high water lever to give the referenced. The analysis and conclusion will be also helpful to solve the other similar project in engineering.
