A ultrasonic materiel transmission system is novel transmission device with the outstanding features such as simple structure, rapid response, compact sizes, no magnetic disturbance, and work under special environments such as low temperature, vacuum and high radiation, etc.A kind of ultrasonic micromateriel transmission system has been designed. It utilizes two boltclamped Langevin transducers with unanimous frequency characteristic which convert vertical vibration to flexural traveling wave. They are arranged on the place of a elastic pipe to generated traveling-wave. When the traveling-wave propagate, the particles on the elastic pipe traverse an elliptic trajectory, materiel is transported by friction or acoustic streaming. The device used transducer as power can gain great amplitude effectively and output great power.The feasibility and condition of generating the traveling wave has been demonstrated in theory. Feeding principles of the two kind of materiel has been researched. A FEM software as an important tool, work has been done as follows: The method using FEM to design anomalous structure of transducers was adopted; The vibration modes of the elastic pipe, ultrasonic transducers and system has been analyzed in piezoelectric coupled field. Resonant frequencies of the transducers have been matched quite well with resonant frequencies of pipe, which can make it easy and accurate to design a transducer. The values of equivalent dynamic capacitors and dynamic inductances of ahead nine orders have been gotten derived by FEM method, and FEM equivalent circuit of the transducers has been built. It provides basis for impedance matching of device and designing the driving electric circuit.On the basis of theoretical research, some experiments have been made and the experimental results have been analyzed. The results of the experimentation validate the correctness and reliability of theoretical analysis.
