Based on the development of Wall Material Innovation and Energy Conservation of Buildings, now all kinds of industrial waste residue are getting used in many fields. Those wall materials with lightweight, high compressive strength, saving energy, using of offcum and protecting land are getting to be studied. Foamed concrete based on gypsum wall materials will become the substitute for clay brick because of its special characteristic, example humidity controlling, in the future, which has attracted more and more attention all over the world.In this work, I've summarized the utility which industrial waste residue was used in new lightweight wall materials. And succeeded in researching foamed concrete block with a high content gypsum. The test blocks are based on gypsum, in additions to cement, fly-ash and carbide slag; and self-made foaming agent NJ,foaming stability agent YS, used in non-load-bearing wall.
