In this paper actuality and development of emulsifying oil at home and abroad was described, and the major problems were analyzed in applying emulsified diesel oil, the main content, intention and significance of problem investigations were presented too.On consideration of the emulsifying oil is difficult to promote in diesel vehicle and high cost. The paper analyzed the possibility of diesel vehicle running with diesel fuel blended water, and studied the factors that influenced the used rate of burning emulsifying oil. The paper designed a proportional control valves, pipeline high-sheared emulsifier and helix magnetizing apparatus. The experiment of producing emulsion was made, and the contrast experiment of optimal way of emulsifying was made on S1100A diesel engine too. At premise of the experiments, The paper designed the emulsified system accompany with engine, which composed of proportional control valves , pipeline high-sheared emulsifier and helix magnetizing apparatus, thus it could use none or few emulsifier. At the same time using this system to product various ratio of emulsion fuel which were used to make the optimal water mixing ratio experiment on S1100A diesel engine. It showed that the emulsion fuel have the effect of reducing pollution.According to the result of the optimal water mixing ratio experiments, the paper designed a single chip microcomputer control system. In order to make sure the engine work at optimal water mixing ratio condition, The system adopted AT89S52 single chip microcomputer to real-time control the processing of emulsification, and saved the experiments data of the optimal water mixing ratio that corresponding to engine power , rotational speed and...
