In the modern aircraft, the system need to get the feedback in high precision of many sensors such as accelerometer, in order to control the process of aviation. But these feedback from sensors is anolog signal such as current and voltage. So it is significative to develop the Dynamic-High-Precision current and voltage measurement system suited for aircraft application. Aiming at it, with research on measure channel circuit design, mechanical design and signal processing algorithm, based on the design of reliability, this thesis propose a new solution for the mini dynamic-high-precision current measurement instrument system, by mechanical design and circuit design. The current measurement systemhas been tested in performance. The thesis is compose of eight chapters as following:Chapter 1: The current status and development of electronic measure technology is summarized. And the object and task of the research on high-precision measure technology are put forward according to the request of engineering application.Chapter 2: A general system design of mini high-precision data acquisition system is described in detail with the thorough analysis of research object and relative key technique.Chapter 3: Illuminating the mechanic structure designing of the measurement system, particularly discussing the temperature control structure and the ENI design of the system.Chapter 4: introducing the circuit designing of every system module and the choice of the circuit components.Chapter 5: Signal processing algorithms used in the mini dynamic-high-precision current measurement system are discussed in detail, mainly including data fusion algorithm based on optimal weight distribution principle, digital filter.Chapter 6: reliability prediction and evaluation of this equipment and analysis the defect of the systemChapter 7: The capability test experiments for the mini dynamic-high-precision current measurement system are described. And the methods to evaluate the system are discussed.Chapter 8: The summary and expectations for the research in the thesis.Based on the optimal weight distribution principle of data fusion and the corresponding fusion algorithm can help the current measurement system achieve the high precision and big bandwidth, optimizing the mechanic and circuit designing, which is the difficulty in the thesis.
