Study on the coefficient of PTFE heat exchangers and refrigerator, using the theory calculation and experimental methods. Analyzed the coefficient of the PTFE heat exchanger. Calculating the pipe, we find that pipe resistance take a lot of proportions among all resistance,respectively 58. 8% and 32. 8% in condenser and evaporator. Take the total heat transfer coefficient down. Heat resistance of PTFE in absorber is so small that we can ignore.Compared with traditional heat exchanger, the thickness of PTFE pipe can get thinner than mental heat exchanger. It make up the disadvantage of high heat resistance ofPTFE wall.As we all know that PTFE is a adiabatic material, so we make a heat exchanger with a thinner heat transfer pipe. Compared PTFE heat exchanger with copper heart exchanger at the same frame and outside diameter but different thickness (expectively 0.3mm and 1mm), Finally, we find they almost have the same value of heat transfer coefficient.The results of the experiment approved that use the PTFE heat exchanger to take up the mental heat exchanger in absorber are available. The problem of mental corruption of LiBr absorption refrigerator may be solved.PTFE hold perfect anti-corruption capacity and is used abroadly in the environment of strong acid. But it need a process to be used in LiBr absorption refrigeration, there are some problems should be solved, for example, easy bend, poor heat conduct capacity and so on. If these problems are moved, using PTFE heat exchanger in LiBr absorption refrigeration will achieve.In this dissertation, there are a lot of descriptions of proceed of experiment. Evaluating the coefficient of refrigerator. Analyzed all kind of reasons which effect the COP of refrigerator. The result can be useful for reference...
