Research And Design Of ECG Detecting System Based On USB Technology

The movement of the social and technological progress, healthy concept, healthy fashion and approach of people are deeply changing. There is the area of causing hemal disease of heart and brain frequently in our country. But most hospitals have few cardiogram detecting equipments, and these equipments can not be moved easily and have too high price, so the equipments can not satisfy needs of the market. For satisfying the need and depreciating the iatrical cost, we need a kind of cardiogram detecting system, which can communicate and transmit with the PC and using powerful calculation of the PC. The system adopts the USB technique, which has the characteristics of bus offering power, extend easily, using neatly and pluging and playing, and effectively resolve the problem of communication and transmition with the PC and system.Design of ECG detecting system based on USB technology strictly follows USB1.1 protocol. The system uses the SPCE061A MCU which is made by Taiwanese SUNPLUS Inc. And the CMOS chip of interface uses PDIUSBD12 of possessing of collateral bus, which is made by Philips Inc. The MCU system chiefly accomplishes collecting signal, FLASH storage and data communication. And PDIUSBD12 accomplishes USB interface communication. The PC accomplishes data inception, storage, data disposal and display functions. In data disposal, aiming at primary noise of the ECG which are 50Hz frequency disturb and baseline drift, the paper discusses the method of using wavelet transform filter in detail. The method has obvious merits to compare with the one of conventional filter. In process of the QRS wave detection, we using the method of combining several conventional methods, and may satisfy need of the QRS wave detection.
