Steel plate and strip packing is standing out from the technics flows and its status become more and more important because of the development of the steel industry and the change of the packing request. It also increases the production efficiency of steel industry and makes the packing facilities continuously improved to keep up with its progress. Now the steel plate and strip packing technics has great advancements and almost approaches perfection in the developed country's steel industry, so it is imperative that how to develop and improve the national steel plate and strip packing's technical level. Every well-known steel corporation has strict request and has established its own standards about the finished steel plate and strip packing. But these standards are commercial secrets and their theory principles keep unknown to the public as other we know how but don't know why. Although steel plate and strip packing line in our country which designed domestic has fewer costs, it is necessary not only to elevate the automatization degree and cut down the operator's number based on the low cost, but also elevate and conclude it to the academic, profundity, simplification, systematization, intelligentization, automatization and standardization are the obligatory direction of national steel plate and strip packing line's development.This project is based on the dynamic analysis about the packing strap. I apply the solid mechanics which includes the strength of materials,elastodynamics and plasticity to calculate and analyze it. The objective is to establish a series of theories and set up the mathematical model which can be used to study of circle strap for coil packing toward project applications.
