The performance change of explosive bolt used in missile weapon after repetitive assembling and disassembling is researched in this paper. Based on the analyses of mechanics condition on material of three specific explosive bolts, using the simulation method of test and testing according to regulations below conclusions can be drawn.1. The fabric of used material and the mechanics performance of explosive bolt are analyzed on the basis of the related theory. The fact of three researched explosive bolts shows that the stress on the most weakness part is very close to the limit of the material belonging to low cyclic fatigue . It will impair the performance of explosive bolt assembling and disassembling it many a time.2. The mechanics condition of bolts mentioned above is analyzed. Based on the analyses it can be concluded that the stress on the most weakness part of bolts approaches the most load if putting the load on its. Working a way of low cyclic fatigue load, it will result in material invalidation that the tiny flaw extends and integrates so the material intensity need to be check again.3. The simulating test of the repetitive installation and related performance test are finished according to the demands of client. The performance of products do not change obviously by testing sample , comparing the unloaded bolts with the loaded for many times .
