New-to-old concrete adherence has exited in reinforcement, repair and new built project of concrete structures widely and has been the key problem for water conservancy and civil engineering, the research of adherence of new-to- old concrete has profound significance. The crux of the bonding behavior of the cohering face of the new-to-old concrete is the mechanics performance. The bonding behavior of the cohering face under normal atmospheric temperature has been studied deeply and has more conclusions. What will happen about the bonding behavior of the cohering face for the building under high temperature frequently such as metallurgy and chemical shop which are radiated under high temperature(200℃~300℃), chimney wall(100℃ ~ 150℃) ? Moreover, what will happen about the bonding behavior of the cohering face of the new-to-old concrete after high temperature for reinforcing building? These are not clear and definite. Therefore, the variation of mechanics behavior of the cohering face of the new-to-old concrete after being heated to temperature (room temperature~550℃) was investigated by experimental and theoretical analysis. The correlation between splitting tensile strength and temperature, position of the repaired interface is clarified; the loss of splitting tensile strength is analyzed. Then, the main results are summarized as following:1. On the basis of related datum, this paper analyzes the adherence mechanism of new-to-old concrete, summarizes the treating methods and assessment for the...
