| In this study, three kinds of the pesticides were filtered from the pesticides in existence (ganophosphorus,carbamate,nicotinamide chloride,pyrethroid insecticide), which were low-toxicity, short time residue, pollution-free. After mixed , one kind of preventive pesticide was filtered ,which had contacted-poison and repellent effect to Reticulitermes chinensis, by toxic soil contact toxicity in lab, repellent activity in lab and field experimentation.1.Based on the toxic soil contact toxicity test, three low-toxic pesticides which had better contact toxicity to Reticulitermes chinensis were screened, A pesticide was mid toxic and B pesticide was high toxic respectively after 72 hours' treatment, and C pesticide was high toxic after 36 hours' treatment. After mixed three of them in different volume proportion,the results indicated that the Co-Toxicity Co-efficient(CTC) of the mixed pesticide A-B(50: U 100: 1) were 281.80 and 295.45 respectively, the CTC of the mixed pesticide A-C(10: l)was 435.68,which all displayed synergized effect.2.The repellent activity experiment was tested by three kinds of pesticides and mixed pesticides, the results indicated that the level of the penetrated length of Reticulitermes was 1 after treatment with A pesticide, the level was 3 after treatment with B pesticide , the level was 1 after treatment with C pesticide, the levels were both 2 after treatment with mixed pesticide A-B(50:1> 100:1) and the level was 1 after treatment with mixed pesticide A-C(10: 1)3.The filtered and mixed pesticides were tested with repellent activity in field experimentation, the results indicated that the blank wood block was eaten by Reticulitermes chinensis, the wood block treated with mixed pesticide A-C(10: 1) was not eaten and invaded by Reticulitermes chinensis and three trial plots of low concentration were invaded by Reticulitermes chinensis in the repellent activity test with mixed pesticide A·B(50: 1,100: 1).4.The soil was chosen from trial plots of the repellent activity and was dried in the nature condition. C pesticide was distilled with acetone from the 100g dry soil, the pesticide residue concentration of C pesticide was checked by gas chromatography. When the concentration of C pesticide was 50μg/mL, the degradation constant was 1.1211 and the half life was 0.6183. When the concentration of pesticide C was 25μg/mL, the degradation constant was 1.2951 and the half life was 0.5352.5.The true choline esterase concentration was checked by reagent kit of true choline esterase. After Reticulitermes chinensis was treated with pesticide A, C and mixed pesticide A·C(10: 1)the true choline esterase concentration of 100 heads of dropped ergates was 1.6443 U/mgprot,0.4239 U/mgprot and 2.5431 U/mgprot respectively. |
