| This paper analyzed the principle of earthed arc over-voltage of non-grounding neutral power system. The extinguish of arc of single-phase grounding fault is analyzed with high frequency theory and fundamental frequency theory. The Matlab models of arc and transmission line is given. The Matlab models of Shunda substation and Baoshan substation are used to analysis the earthed arc over-voltage of the 35kV parts of the two substations. Three kinds of restrain measures such as resistance connection to grounding phase, neutral grounding with resistance, neutral grounding with arc-suppression coil are studied. The effects of The three kind of restrain measures are analyzed by Matlab Simulation. Based above, the restrain measure of neutral grounding with arc-suppression coil is recommended to Wuhai Power System. |
