| This article analyzes and compares several kinds of supercritical concurrent boiler starting system types and their technical characteristic, combining with 600MW supercritical boiler of Xibaipo power plant. It also introduces two kinds of water cooling wall patterns. The mathematical hydrodynamic model of single-phase and double-phase fluid in the water cooling wall has been established in this article. Basing on the former Soviet Union boiler hydrodynamic calculation method, current capacity– pressure drop curves are obtained through procedure calculation, before and after installing the throttle ring around the entrance of the spiral water cooling wall tube under MCR and 30%MCR operating modes of Xibaipo power plant 600MW supercritical boiler. The uniqueness under these two kinds of operating modes is examined. The lifts and capacity of feed pumps has been verified as well. Forms of pulsation are introduced in this article. Pulsation verification of water cooling wall tubes is made selecting 30%MCR and 50%MCR operating modes of Xibaipo power plant 600MW supercritical boiler. |
